NDHA's 91st Annual Convention & Trade Show is scheduled for October 21-23, 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in West Fargo, ND. If you are interested in the educational sessions, more information will be available later this summer.
For those who participated last year, we will be using the Whova app again this year. This will allow you to personalize your "booth" presence on the app with a logo and other great options, plus lead retrieval will be available using your smart phone. More information on Whova will be available later this summer as well.

Cancellations: If cancellation is received on or before Friday, October 10th, a full refund will be given. After October 10th, a 75% refund will be given.
You can have up to 3 total people in your booth. Provide the names and email addresses of those individuals that will be attending. Names can be added later by emailing Pam at [email protected].
Please check this box if you will require access to an outlet for 110V electricity. You will be responsible for bringing extension cords.
EXHIBITOR INSURANCE / HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE
Exhibitor agrees to NDHA’s terms and conditions [terms and conditions for exhibits.pdf] which are hereby incorporated by reference. Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, save and hold harmless the North Dakota Hospital Association (NDHA), its members, employees and agents, and the DoubleTree by Hilton, West Fargo, ND, and its employees and agents against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney fees arising out of or cause by exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence or concurrent comparative negligence of the DoubleTree by Hilton, West Fargo, ND, and their employees and agents, as well as the NDHA, its members, employees and agents. In addition, exhibitor acknowledges that the DoubleTree by Hilton, West Fargo, ND, and NDHA do not maintain insurance covering exhibitors’ property or potential liabilities and that it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain business interruption insurance, property damage insurance and liability insurance covering such losses by exhibitor.
